Where it all began
At La Zenia Tapas & Cocktails, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality food and service. Our owners, Lucy and Mustafa, met in Spain 7 years ago and worked in the restaurant business near La Zenia in the Orihuela Costa region. Bonded by a passion for food, and high quality service, they both shared the dream of owning their own restaurant. After moving back near to Lucy's family in Nottingham and working in the community, they both decided to make their dream a reality when the perfect unit became available in the Mapperley area of the city.

The journey to now
Our team have worked within the hospitality industry for a combined total of 14 years, serving customers at some of the finest restaurants in the Orihuela Costa region of Spain. Since moving from Spain to live in the UK, our Head Chef Mustafa most recently worked as Chef at Escabeche in West Bridgford. The team are proud to be able to bring their knowledge and experience to Nottingham, offering an authentic Spanish experience in the Mapperley area.
